  • 145g Tuna Chunk

  • 60g Mixed leaves Salad

  • 1/2 Medium Red Onion

  • 1/2 Medium Red Bell Pepper

  • 1 Baby Cucumber

  • 1/2 Tomatoes

  • 2 Tablespoon Mayonnaise

  • Salt and Black pepper to taste

  • 4 Wholemeal Tortilla Wraps

Directions

  • Roughly chop the mixed leaves salad
  • Dice red onion
  • Finely chopped red bell pepper
  • Chop baby Cucumber
  • Chop tomatoes
  • Add tuna chunks
  • Add mayonnaise
  • Season with black pepper and salt
  • Mix together
  • Make tuna wholemeal wrap
