Tuna Stir-fry Noodles Recipe

300g Tuna Steak
150g Noodles
1/2 Yellow Bell Peppers
1/2 Red Bell Peppers
1/2 Green Bell Peppers
1/2 Red Onions
2 Garlic
2 Tablespoon Vegetable oil
Salt and Pepper to Taste
1/4 Cup Sweet Chilli
Directions
- Start by cutting the peppers and onions for stir fry. Dice the garlic
- Cut tuna steak into chunks. Season with salt and white pepper
- Add noodles to boiling water. Cook according to package instructions, until al dente
- Remove and strain noodles with Colander
- Drizzle oil on pan on medium heat. Add tuna chunks
- Cook for about 2 minutes. Add diced garlic and continue cooking for 2 minutes
- Add stir fry vegetables. Season with salt and white pepper and cook for 5 minutes
- Add noodles and sweet chilli. Cook 2 minutes
- Ready to serve. Enjoy!
