Tuna Stir-fry Noodles Recipe

Ingredients

  • 300g Tuna Steak

  • 150g Noodles

  • 1/2 Yellow Bell Peppers

  • 1/2 Red Bell Peppers

  • 1/2 Green Bell Peppers

  • 1/2 Red Onions

  • 2 Garlic

  • 2 Tablespoon Vegetable oil

  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

  • 1/4 Cup Sweet Chilli

Directions

  • Start by cutting the peppers and onions for stir fry. Dice the garlic
  • Cut tuna steak into chunks. Season with salt and white pepper
  • Add noodles to boiling water. Cook according to package instructions, until al dente
  • Remove and strain noodles with Colander
  • Drizzle oil on pan on medium heat. Add tuna chunks
  • Cook for about 2 minutes. Add diced garlic and continue cooking for 2 minutes
  • Add stir fry vegetables. Season with salt and white pepper and cook for 5 minutes
  • Add noodles and sweet chilli. Cook 2 minutes
  • Ready to serve. Enjoy!
