Ingredients

  • 9 x 5- Inch loaf pan (Preparation):
  • 5g Butter

  • 10g Plain all purpose flour

  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar

  • 4 Tangerine (Peeled and halved)


  • Cake Batter:
  • 150g Sugar

  • 1 Tangerine (Zest and Juice)

  • 125g Sunflower oil

  • 3 medium Eggs

  • 180g Plain all purpose flour

  • 10g Baking powder

Directions

  • Preheated oven at 170°C
  • Grease the pan with butter and dust with plain flour.
  • Pour out any excess flour from pan after coating.
  • Sprinkle sugar in the pan.
  • Peel and cut tangerines. Place tangerine in pan.
  • Pour sugar in a mixing bowl.
  • Add Zest tangerine and juice.
  • Add sunflower oil and eggs. Mix until combine.
  • Sift flour and baking powder. Mix until combine.
  • Pour batter over tangerine in pan.
  • Bake for 35 – 40 minutes
  • Remove from pan. Allow to cool on a wire rack
