How to Make The New Perfect Recipe For Quick Bread

Ingredient:

  • 380ml Milk (Lukewarm)

  • 15g Instant Dry Yeast

  • 1 Tablespoon Honey

  • 4 Cups of Strong white bread flour, plus extra for dusting

  • 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil

Directions

  • Pour lukewarm Milk into a bowl
  • Add instant dry yeast, honey and Olive oil
  • Mix in about 1/2 of the bread flour
  • Add the remaining bread flour
  • Mix to form a dough
  • Dust work surface with little flour
  • Divide dough as needed and shape into bread
  • Cover with a tea towel and allow to proof for 60 minutes
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 18 – 20 minutes
  • Ready. Allow to cool and serve. ENJOY!
