380ml Milk (Lukewarm)
15g Instant Dry Yeast
1 Tablespoon Honey
4 Cups of Strong white bread flour, plus extra for dusting
2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Directions

- Add instant dry yeast, honey and Olive oil
- Mix in about 1/2 of the bread flour
- Add the remaining bread flour
- Mix to form a dough
- Dust work surface with little flour
- Divide dough as needed and shape into bread
