Teriyaki Chicken Wings Extra Chili

Ingredients

  • 2kg Chicken Wings

  • 60ml Dark Soy Sauce

  • 4 Garlic

  • 15g Fresh Ginger

  • 1 Chili pepper

  • 1/2 Onions

  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar

  • 60ml Water

  • 2 Tablespoon Vegetable oil

  • 2 Tablespoon Honey

  • 1 Teaspoon Sesame seeds

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 180°C
  • Add garlic, ginger, chili pepper, brown sugar and onions in a blender
  • Add water and blend
  • Place chicken wings in a bowl
  • Add dark soy sauce
  • Add blended mix
  • Drizzle some vegetable oil
  • Mix until evenly coated
  • Marinate for 1 hour in the fridge
  • Transfer to baking tray
  • Roast in the oven for 1 hour
  • Remove from oven and drizzle honey over the wings
  • Brush in honey-glaze and return to oven for 5 -10 minutes.
  • Ready. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve. Enjoy!
