Ingredients

  • 1 Whole Chicken

  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger powder

  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic granules

  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika

  • 1 Teaspoon Chili powder

  • 2 Tablespoon Peanut Butter

Directions

  • Cut whole chicken into four parts
  • Transfer chicken into a bowl
  • Season chicken with salt, ginger powder, garlic granules, paprika, chili powder
  • Rub seasoning all over chicken
  • Add and rub in melted peanut butter
  • Place chicken on the air fryer wire tray
  • Transfer to an air fryer and roast at 180°C/350°F for 40 – 50 minutes
