Ingredients

  • 8 Meatballs (400g)

  • 15g Butter

  • 1 Tablespoon flour

  • 1 Cup Beef broth

  • 1/2 Cup Half and Half milk

  • 1 Teaspoon Salt

  • 1/4 Teaspoon Black pepper

  • 2 Tablespoon Vegetable oil

  • Chopped Parsley garnish

Directions

  • Season meatball with salt and black pepper
  • Heat vegetable oil in pan over medium high heat
  • Add meatballs and cook meatballs for 3 – 5 minutes
  • Turn until meatball is brown all over
  • Remove meatballs onto plate
  • Add butter and flour to pan
  • Cook for 1- 2 minutes, then add beef broth
  • Stir continuously to avoid lumps
  • Add half and half milk
  • Add meatballs to sauce and simmer for 8 -10 minutes
  • Garnish with chopped parsley when ready
  • Served over favorite pasta. Very Juicy & Delicious for your enjoyment
