Potato Cheese Bread Recipe

100g Bread flour
50g Milk
10g Butter (Melted)
Pinch of Salt
Leftover Mash potatoes about 100g
100g Mozzarella cheese (Grated)
Directions
- Place Bread flour in a bowl
- Add milk, butter and salt
- Mix to form a dough
- Knead dough for about 5 minutes
- Wrap dough in cling film and rest in the fridge for 1 hour
- Remove dough from fridge. Flatten using a rolling pin to a round shape
- About 22cm – 25cm diameter round
- Place Mozzarella cheese at the center of dough
- Top with leftover mash potato and mozzarella cheese
- Fold the edges of the dough to close in the mozzarella cheese and leftover mash potatoes
- Flatten a little. Apply butter to pan and cook on medium low heat
- Cook for 3 – 5 minutes until golden brown
- Brush to with butter and flip
- Ready to serve
