Ingredients

  • 100g Bread flour

  • 50g Milk

  • 10g Butter (Melted)

  • Pinch of Salt

  • Leftover Mash potatoes about 100g

  • 100g Mozzarella cheese (Grated)

Directions

  • Place Bread flour in a bowl
  • Add milk, butter and salt
  • Mix to form a dough
  • Knead dough for about 5 minutes
  • Wrap dough in cling film and rest in the fridge for 1 hour
  • Remove dough from fridge. Flatten using a rolling pin to a round shape
  • About 22cm – 25cm diameter round
  • Place Mozzarella cheese at the center of dough
  • Top with leftover mash potato and mozzarella cheese
  • Fold the edges of the dough to close in the mozzarella cheese and leftover mash potatoes
  • Flatten a little. Apply butter to pan and cook on medium low heat
  • Cook for 3 – 5 minutes until golden brown
  • Brush to with butter and flip
  • Ready to serve
