1 Cup Almond Butter
1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
2 Cups Oats
Directions
- Add maple syrup to almond butter1 in a microwave safe bowl
- Place in microwave for 30 seconds
- Mix until combined
- Add oats and mix
- Squeeze a clump of the mixture together; if it falls apart, add more almond butter
- Transfer to a pan lined with parchment paper
- Compress firmly together
- Cover and transfer to fridge for 2 to 3 hours
- Cut into bars
