3 Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Almond Butter

  • 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup

  • 2 Cups Oats

Directions

  • Add maple syrup to almond butter1 in a microwave safe bowl
  • Place in microwave for 30 seconds
  • Mix until combined
  • Add oats and mix
  • Squeeze a clump of the mixture together; if it falls apart, add more almond butter
  • Transfer to a pan lined with parchment paper
  • Compress firmly together
  • Cover and transfer to fridge for 2 to 3 hours
  • Cut into bars
