Easy Baked Hake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 Hake fillets

  • 1 tablespoons Olive oil

  • Salt, to taste

  • Black pepper, to taste

  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes

  • ¼ cup Black Olives (pitted)

  • ¼ cup Green Olives (pitted)

  • 2 Garlic Cloves

Directions

  • Place Hake in a baking dish
  • Drizzle oil on Hake
  • Season with salt and black pepper
  • Place cherry tomatoes, garlic and olives, around them
  • Drizzle oil on tomatoes and season with salt
  • Cover with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C)
  • Take out foil and bake for another 5 minutes
