4 Hake fillets
1 tablespoons Olive oil
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
¼ cup Black Olives (pitted)
¼ cup Green Olives (pitted)
2 Garlic Cloves
Directions
- Place Hake in a baking dish
- Drizzle oil on Hake
- Season with salt and black pepper
- Place cherry tomatoes, garlic and olives, around them
- Drizzle oil on tomatoes and season with salt
- Cover with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C)
- Take out foil and bake for another 5 minutes
