Meatballs and Pasta Halloween Recipe

Ingredients

  • 12 Meatballs (360 g)

  • 350g Spaghetti

  • 400 g Tomato marinara sauce

  • 1½ teaspoon Salt

  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

  • 4 Pitted Black olives (Sliced)

  • 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil

  • 200g Mozzarella Cheese (Sliced)

Directions

  • Drizzle oil in pan medium high heat. Cook meatballs for 5-8 minutes until brown
  • Season with ½ teaspoon salt and black pepper. Add tomato marinara sauce. Allow meatballs to simmer for 5 minutes
  • Prepare to cook your spaghetti pasta. Add 1 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon oil to boiling water
  • Add spaghetti pasta and cook pasta al dente
  • Remove meatballs from sauce. Top meatballs with mozzarella cheese and sliced pitted black olives
  • Place meatballs in a preheated oven at 350°F 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted
  • Pasta is ready that is al dente. Strain and add to tomato marinara sauce
  • Mix together pasta and sauce
  • Place Halloween meatballs eyeballs in spaghetti pasta when and serve
