500g Chocolate Cake Mix (Odlums)
3 Eggs
200ml Milk
- Decoration (Optional)
1 Cup Chocolate ganache
50g White chocolate (Chopped)
Gold Sugar Pearls
Directions
- Pre-heat the oven to 180°C | 160°C fan assisted | 350°F
- Pour chocolate cake mix into a bowl.
- Firstly mix in eggs and milk with a wooden spoon
- Finish with an electric mixer for a smooth batter
- Pour half of batter into 8 inch round cake pan lined with parchment paper at the bottom
- Bake for 25 -30 mins
- When ready, allow to cool completely on a wire rack
- Decoration with chocolate ganache, gold sugar pearls and white chocolate (chopped)
- Serve
