Ingredients

  • 75g Honeycomb

  • ½ Cup Roasted Hazelnut

  • 240ml sweetened Condensed milk

  • 100g Cocoa powder

  • 200g Milk Chocolate (Melted)

  • 50g Dark Chocolate (Melted)

Directions

  • Crush Honeycomb and Hazelnut
  • Pour condensed milk into a glass bowl and microwave for 45 seconds
  • Sift in cocoa powder into the bowl with condensed milk and mix well until combined
  • Add crushed Honeycomb and Hazelnut and continue to mix until combined
  • Put in a plastic wrap and keep in fridge for 2 – 3 hours
  • Remove truffle from fridge and place in a surface dusted with cocoa powder
  • Dust truffle with cocoa powder and cut into bars
  • Coat bars with melted chocolate
  • Decorate with melted Dark Chocolate and crushed Honeycomb
