Honey Glazed Roasted Half Chicken

1 Whole Chicken
1 Tablespoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Paprika
1 Teaspoon Ginger Powder
3 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
2 Tablespoon Honey
Directions
- Cut whole chicken in half
- Drizzle vegetable oil
- Season with salt, black pepper, paprika and ginger powder
- Flip and season chicken
- Drizzle vegetable oil
- Rub seasoning all over chicken
- Transfer to a preheated oven 180°C/350°F. Roast for 40 – 50 minutes
- Remove from oven. Drizzle with honey
- Brush honey glaze over chicken
- Roast for another 10 minutes
