227g Butter
65g Powdered Sugar
240g Cake Flour
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Cut butter into cubes to soften it and transfer butter to a bowl
- Press butter with spatula until soft.
- Add powdered sugar and whisk
- Scrape down the bowl. Cream until light and fluffy
- Sift in about half the flour and mix
- Add the remaining flour and mix
- Transfer dough to a piping bag with a large star tip.
- Pipe cookie swirls
- Place piped cookies into fridge for 20 – 30 minutes.
- Then bake for 12 – 15 minutes.
- Ready. Allow to cool on the baking tray.
- Serve.
