Ingredients

  • 200g Hazelnuts

  • 200g Almond nuts

  • 200g Cashew nuts

  • 150g Pistachio nuts

  • 1/3 Cup Honey

  • 50ml Fresh Orange Juice

Directions

  • Pre-heat the oven to 350°F.
  • Pour all nuts into a bowl.
  • Mix Fresh orange juice to honey and pour over the nuts
  • Stir until nuts are well coated
  • Pour into a prepared baking pan
  • Use a spatula to spread and flatten
  • Compress to ensure nuts are tightly packed
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes
  • Allow to cool completely in the pan
  • Cut into bars and Enjoy.
