Healthy Energy Crunchy Nut Bars

200g Hazelnuts
200g Almond nuts
200g Cashew nuts
150g Pistachio nuts
1/3 Cup Honey
50ml Fresh Orange Juice
Directions
- Pre-heat the oven to 350°F.
- Pour all nuts into a bowl.
- Mix Fresh orange juice to honey and pour over the nuts
- Stir until nuts are well coated
- Pour into a prepared baking pan
- Use a spatula to spread and flatten
- Compress to ensure nuts are tightly packed
- Bake for 40-45 minutes
- Allow to cool completely in the pan
- Cut into bars and Enjoy.
