4 Boneless Chicken Thigh
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Paprika
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 Cup Mashed Avocado or Guacamole
1 Tomato (Sliced)
1 Red Onion (Sliced)
Baby gem Lettuce
2 Wholemeal Bun
Directions
- Season chicken thigh with salt, paprika and black pepper
- Drizzle oil in grill pan over medium heat
- Place chicken thighs on pan, smooth side down
- Cook for 6 to 8 minutes. Flip and cook for 8 to 10 minutes
- Cook until the juices run clear and internal temperature reaches 165ºF (75ºC)
- Toast bun on the grill pan for few minutes
- Add mashed avocado or guacamole
