All Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless Chicken Thigh

  • 1 Teaspoon Salt

  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika

  • 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper

  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable oil

  • 1 Cup Mashed Avocado or Guacamole

  • 1 Tomato (Sliced)

  • 1 Red Onion (Sliced)

  • Baby gem Lettuce

  • 2 Wholemeal Bun

Directions

  • Season chicken thigh with salt, paprika and black pepper
  • Drizzle oil in grill pan over medium heat
  • Place chicken thighs on pan, smooth side down
  • Cook for 6 to 8 minutes. Flip and cook for 8 to 10 minutes
  • Cook until the juices run clear and internal temperature reaches 165ºF (75ºC)
  • Toast bun on the grill pan for few minutes
  • Add mashed avocado or guacamole
