Grilled Lamb Shoulder Wraps

Grilled Lamb Shoulder Wraps
These Grilled Lamb Shoulder Wraps are perfect for a summer cookout or an impressive weeknight dinner. The lamb shoulder, often underrated, becomes melt-in-your-mouth tender when butterflied and grilled over flame. Wrapped in warm flatbread with crunchy veggies and creamy yogurt sauce, every bite is packed with bold flavor and satisfying texture.
🥩 Why Lamb Shoulder?
Lamb shoulder is rich, flavorful, and typically more affordable than cuts like lamb leg or rack.
🌿 Pro Tips
- No boneless shoulder? Ask your butcher to butterfly a bone-in cut or use lamb leg instead.
- Add heat with a smear of harissa or sliced chili peppers.
- Short on time? Use store-bought tzatziki or hummus as a shortcut.
