4 Lamb Chops
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Black pepper
1 Teaspoon Mixed Herb
2 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
3 Tablespoon Vegetable oil
20g Butter
3 Tablespoon Corn flour
1 Cup Chicken broth
1/4 Cup Red wine
Directions
- Season lamb chops with salt and black pepper
- Add mixed herbs and minced garlic. Drizzle some vegetable oil
- Flip and season the other side. Allow to marinade for 30 minutes
- Drizzle vegetable oil into pan on medium high heat
- Add lamb chops
- Add butter and sear for 2-4 minutes per side
- Flip lamb chops
- Baste the lamb chops
