Ingredients

  • 200g Greek yogurt

  • 200g Self-rising flour

Directions

  • Place the Greek yogurt in a bowl
  • Add the self-rising flour
  • Mix together until a dough is formed
  • Use your hand to combine into a dough
  • Wrap dough in cling film and rest in the fridge for 20 minutes
  • After 20 minutes remove dough from fridge. Divide into 6 equal size
  • Roll dough into balls with hands
  • Apply a little olive oil onto surface and rollout dough to a round shape (Flatbread shape)
  • Cook in a non-stick pan on medium heat
  • Cook for 2 minutes or until air bubbles cover the top surface
  • Flip and cook another 2 minutes
  • Ready to serve. Enjoy
