Ingredients

• 200 g Maderia Cake

• 80 g Raspberries

• 70 g Belgian Dark Chocolate

• 240 ml Cream

• 4 Strawberries (Half cut)

• 4 Wafer Sticks Roll

Directions

• Cut madeira cake with a round cutter
• Place madeira cake in glass cup for the base of dessert and add raspberries
• Add 40 ml cream to dark chocolate and place in the microwave for 1 minute
• Top dessert with chocolate sauce
• Pour the remaining cream into a bowl and whip until stiff peaks forms
• Top dessert with the whipped cream
• Place strawberry and wafer stick roll
