200g Mango chunks (Frozen)
1 Cup Milk
30g Custard powder + 1/4 Cup Milk
1 Teaspoon Sugar
Directions
- Transfer Mango chunks into a blender
- Add 1 cup milk and blend until smooth
- Pour into a sauce pan and place on the cooker medium heat
- Mix 1/4 Cup milk with 30g Custard powder and add to sauce pan
- Stir constantly as you continue to cook until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil
- Pour the Mango creme brulee into ramekins
- Allow to cool, then put in the fridge for 2 hours to set
- Sprinkle sugar over creme brulee
- Caramelize the sugar using a blow torch
- Serve and ENJOY!
