Ingredients

  • 200g Mango chunks (Frozen)

  • 1 Cup Milk

  • 30g Custard powder + 1/4 Cup Milk

  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar

Directions

  • Transfer Mango chunks into a blender
  • Add 1 cup milk and blend until smooth
  • Pour into a sauce pan and place on the cooker medium heat
  • Mix 1/4 Cup milk with 30g Custard powder and add to sauce pan
  • Stir constantly as you continue to cook until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil
  • Pour the Mango creme brulee into ramekins
  • Allow to cool, then put in the fridge for 2 hours to set
  • Sprinkle sugar over creme brulee
  • Caramelize the sugar using a blow torch
  • Serve and ENJOY!
