1 Cup Desiccated coconut
¼ Cup sweetened Condensed milk
150g Milk Chocolate
Directions
- In a large bowl, add desiccated coconut and condensed milk
- Mix well until combined and holds together
- Shape into bounty bars
- Place in the fridge for 1 hour
- Melt chocolate over hot water
- Coat bars with melted chocolate
- Put in fridge for chocolate to harden
- Ready to serve
