150g Self-rising flour
1/2 Teaspoon Baking powder
1 Tablespoon Sugar
A pinch of Salt
1 Egg
150ml Milk
Vegetable oil for frying
Nutella and Strawberries to serve
Directions
- Sieve flour and baking powder into a bowl
- Add sugar and salt
- Add egg and milk
- Mix until mixture becomes smooth
- Apply oil to pan on low heat
- Place a large heart-shaped cutter in pan
- Pour some batter into cutter
- Allow to cook for 2 minutes
- Remove the cutter. Flip and cook for a minute
- Ready to serve.
- Serve with Nutella and strawberries
