Ingredients

  • 150g Self-rising flour

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking powder

  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar

  • A pinch of Salt

  • 1 Egg

  • 150ml Milk

  • Vegetable oil for frying

  • Nutella and Strawberries to serve

Directions

  • Sieve flour and baking powder into a bowl
  • Add sugar and salt
  • Add egg and milk
  • Mix until mixture becomes smooth
  • Apply oil to pan on low heat
  • Place a large heart-shaped cutter in pan
  • Pour some batter into cutter
  • Allow to cook for 2 minutes
  • Remove the cutter. Flip and cook for a minute
  • Ready to serve.
  • Serve with Nutella and strawberries
  • ENJOY!
