500g Sponge Cake mix
2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
80ml Milk
2 Eggs
1 Tablespoon Black treacle
250g Dried Mixed Fruits
Directions
- Preheat oven to t 180°C | 160°C fan assisted | 350°F
- Pour sponge cake mix in a bowl
- Add cinnamon, milk, Eggs and black treacle
- Mix together until combined
- Add 1/2 of the dried mixed fruits
- Transfer into a prepared baking tray
- Sprinkle the remaining dried mixed fruit on top of cake
- Bake for 12-15 minutes
- When Ready! Allow cake to cool in tray
- Cut into portions and serve
- Can also decorate cake and serve.
