Easy Christmas Party Cake in Minutes

Ingredient

• 500g Sponge Cake mix

• 2 Teaspoon Cinnamon

• 80ml Milk

• 2 Eggs

• 1 Tablespoon Black treacle

• 250g Dried Mixed Fruits

Directions

• Preheat oven to t 180°C | 160°C fan assisted | 350°F
• Pour sponge cake mix in a bowl
• Add cinnamon, milk, Eggs and black treacle
• Mix together until combined
• Add 1/2 of the dried mixed fruits
• Transfer into a prepared baking tray
• Sprinkle the remaining dried mixed fruit on top of cake
• Bake for 12-15 minutes
• When Ready! Allow cake to cool in tray
• Cut into portions and serve
• Can also decorate cake and serve.
