How to Make Easy Creamy Chicken Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 Chicken Breast

  • 1 Teaspoon Salt

  • 1 medium Onions (Diced)

  • 3 Garlic cloves (Diced)

  • 2 Cup Milk

  • ½ Teaspoon White pepper

  • 1 Teaspoon Thyme

  • 10g Chicken Stock Cubes

  • ½ -1 Tablespoon Corn flour

  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable oil

Directions

  • Cut chicken into bite size
  • Drizzle some vegetable oil in pan on medium high heat
  • Add onions, garlic and chicken
  • Season with salt, white pepper and stock cubes
  • Stir fry until chicken is cooked
  • Add thyme and continue to stir fry
  • Add corn flour to milk and whisk
  • Add to chicken and cook until sauce thickens
