100g Cashew Nuts
100g Almond Nuts
150g Pitted Soft Dates
200g Crunchy peanut butter
- Optional Decoration
50g Melted Dark Chocolate for Drizzle
50g Melted White Chocolate for Drizzle
Fondant toppers of your choice (Butterflies or Flowers)
Directions
- Coarsely blend Cashew nuts and transfer to a bowl
- Coarsely blend Almond nuts and add to the bowl
- Blend Soft Dates
- Add blended Dates and Peanut Butter
- Mix until well combined and holds together
- Compress in an egg mould
- Remove from mould and keep in the refrigerator for 30 mins
- Drizzle with Dark and White Chocolate
