Ingredients

  • 100g Cashew Nuts

  • 100g Almond Nuts

  • 150g Pitted Soft Dates

  • 200g Crunchy peanut butter

  • Optional Decoration
  • 50g Melted Dark Chocolate for Drizzle

  • 50g Melted White Chocolate for Drizzle

  • Fondant toppers of your choice (Butterflies or Flowers)

Directions

  • Coarsely blend Cashew nuts and transfer to a bowl
  • Coarsely blend Almond nuts and add to the bowl
  • Blend Soft Dates
  • Add blended Dates and Peanut Butter
  • Mix until well combined and holds together
  • Compress in an egg mould
  • Remove from mould and keep in the refrigerator for 30 mins
  • Drizzle with Dark and White Chocolate
  • ENJOY!.
