How to Make Crispy Oven-Roasted Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 1kg Chicken Wings

  • 1 Teaspoon Salt

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Chili Pepper

  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil

  • 1 Tablespoon Honey

  • 1 Teaspoon Smoked paprika

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger powder

  • 1 Teaspoon minced garlic

  • 1 Teaspoon Sriracha

Directions

  • Marinade chicken wings with honey, salt, chili pepper, smoked paprika, ginger powder, minced garlic and sriracha for 1 hour
  • Roast in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes
