How to Cook Creamy Salmon Gratin

Ingredients:

  • 600g Salmon Fish cut into chunks

  • 1200g Sliced Potatoes

  • 1 Onion Diced

  • 1 Carrot Diced

  • 3 Garlic Cloves Diced

  • 1 Teaspoon Salt

  • 1/4 Teaspoon Black pepper

  • 500ml Heavy Cream

  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable oil

  • 1 1/2 Cup Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese

Directions

  • Bring sliced potatoes to a boil
  • Allow to boil for 5 minutes then drain and set aside
  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onions, carrot, and garlic
  • Season with salt and black pepper. Cooking until softened (5-7 minutes). Set aside.
  • Season Salmon with salt and black pepper
  • To assemble the Salmon Gratin. Place sliced potatoes in a baking dish
