500g Minced Beef
3 Shallots (Diced)
2 Tablespoon Taco seasoning
150ml Water
2 Tablespoon Vegetable oil
TOPPINGSRed Onions

Directions
- Add vegetable oil to pan on medium high heat
- Add diced shallots to pan
- Cook shallots for 3 – 5 minutes until soft
- Add minced beef
- Break minced beef apart with a wooden spoon
- Cooked minced beef for 7 to 10 minutes until brown
- Add taco seasoning and water
- Bring to a boil, simmer for 10 minutes
- Add salsa sauce and serve
- Top with salad, tomatoes, onions and cheese
