How to Make Christmas Chocolate Fudge Brownie

Ingredients

  • 400g  Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix

  • 70ml Milk

  • 70ml Vegetable oil

  • 1 Egg

  • 2-Ingredient Chocolate Ganache
  • 1/2 Cup Hot Heavy Cream

  • 1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate chips

Directions

  • Pour Fudge Brownie mix into a bowl
  • Add oil, milk and egg
  • Mix together until combined
  • Pour batter into a prepared 8 x 8 inch baking pan
  • Bake in the Air Fryer at 160°C for 30 to 35 minutes
  • Allow to cool in pan
  • Pour dark chocolate chips in hot heavy cream
  • Stir together until combined
  • Pour ganache over Fudge Brownies
  • Decorate with sugar Christmas Toppers
  • Cut into portions. Enjoy
