300 g Dark Chocolate Chips (Melted)
50 g White Chocolate Chips (Melted)
50 g Almond Nuts
80 g Salted Caramel Frosting
Directions
- Pipe melded white chocolate into chocolate mold. Tap for an even spread of chocolate
- Keep in fridge for 5 minutes for chocolate to set. Meanwhile chop the Almond nuts
- Pour in melted dark chocolate. Tap for an even spread of chocolate. Using a brush ensure chocolate coats the mold.
- Top with chopped almond nuts. Keep in the fridge 5-10 minutes to set
- Top with salted caramel frosting. Spread caramel frosting with a spatula
- Fill mold with melted dark chocolate. Tap for chocolate to spread out and fill air bubbles
- Keep in fridge 5-10 minutes to set. Take chocolate out of mold
