400g Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix (Odlums)
70ml Water
70ml Vegetable oil
1 Egg

Chocolate ganache
Easter chocolate eggs
Sugar sprinkles
Directions
- Pre-heat the oven to 180°C | 160°C fan assisted | 350°F.
- Pour chocolate fudge brownie mix into a bowl.
- Just add water, oil and egg.
- Mix to combine. Beat with an electric mixer for a smooth batter.
- Pour batter into prepared two 12cm round cake pans.
- Bake for 20 – 25 mins.
- Remove from pan and cool on a wire tray.
- To decorate. Spread chocolate ganache on a brownie cake.
- Then place the second brownie on top.
- Cover brownies with chocolate ganache.
- Place Easter chocolate eggs.
- Drip chocolate ganache and decorate top with sugar sprinkles and Easter chocolate eggs.
