Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

85g Sunflower oil
80g Brown Sugar
80g Sugar
1 Egg
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
180g Plain Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
100g Dark Chocolate Chips
Directions
- Pre-heat the oven to 180°C | 160°C fan assisted | 350°F.
- Pour sunflower oil into a bowl.
- Add brown sugar, white sugar, egg and vanilla.
- Mix. Sift flour and baking soda
- Add salt. Mix together to form a dough
- Add dark chocolate chips
- Portion and roll cookies into balls
- Flatten cookies a little bit with your palms
- Bake for 10 minutes
- Remove from oven and allow 2-3 minutes to cool in tray
- Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely
- Serve, ENJOY!
