Ingredient

  • CHOCOLATE CAKE:

  • 500g Chocolate Cake mix

  • 180ml Milk

  • 3 Eggs

  • Smarties and Sprinkles


  • CHOCOLATE GANACHE:

  • 200g Dark Chocolate

  • 200g Heavy Cream

  • 1 Tablespoon Golden syrup

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 180°C
  • Separate egg yolk from white
  • Whisk egg white stiff peaks
  • Pour chocolate cake mix in a bowl
  • Mix in egg yolk and milk
  • Add egg whites and mix until combined
  • Transfer to a baking tray lined with parchment paper
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes
  • When Ready! Allow cake to cool in tray
  • To make chocolate ganache
  • Add golden syrup to heavy cream
  • Place in the microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute.
  • Add dark chocolate and mix until combined
  • Pour ganache over cake
  • Decorate with smarties and sprinkles
  • Keep in fridge to set
  • Cut into portions and serve
