Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken Breast

  • 375 g Puff Pastry

  • 80 g Cream Cheese

  • ½ teaspoon Salt

  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil

  • 6 Parsley sprigs

  • 2 pitted Black olives

  • Egg

Directions

  • Score chicken breast. Season both sides with salt and black pepper
  • Drizzle and brush oil on grill pan medium high heat.
  • Seal and cook chicken for 3-4 minutes. Flip the chicken and cook for another 2-3 minutes
  • Remove chicken and set aside. Chop parsley and prepare egg wash
  • Roll puff pastry and cut out two 7-inch squares and few strips
  • In the center of 7-inch square puff pastry. Spread ½ portion cream cheese and top with chopped parsley
  • Place chicken breast. Brush sides of puff pastry with egg wash and fold pastry over the chicken
  • Egg wash and attach strips of puff pastry to decorate like Halloween mummy
  • Use sliced pitted black olives for eyes. Egg wash
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 25-30 minutes
  • Chicken Wellington is ready to serve.
