How to Make Cabbage Omelette Breakfast

Ingredients:

  • 5 Eggs

  • 1/4 Cabbage

  • 1 Onion

  • 1 Tomato

  • 1 Tuna Chunks 145g

  • Salt and Black pepper to taste

  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Directions

  • Chop cabbage, onions and tomatoes
  • Drizzle oil on pan medium high heat
  • Add the chopped cabbage, onions and tomatoes
  • Season with salt and black pepper
  • Stir fry for 5 minutes
  • Add Tuna chunks and cook for another 2 minutes
  • Garnish with chopped parsley
  • Break eggs to make an omelette
  • Season with salt and black pepper
  • Whisk eggs
  • Drizzle oil on pan medium low heat
  • Pour the eggs in the pan
  • Reduce heat to low and cook the omelette for 2 to 3 minutes
  • Add cabbage filling to half of the omelette
