8 Store-bought Brownies (25g each)
330 ml Cream
150 ml Condensed milk
120 g Milk chocolate drops
50 g Melted Dark chocolate for toppers
Directions
- Place brownies in glass container and compress to form base.
- Using a hand mixer whip 250 ml cream. Add 150ml condensed milk and continue to whip until stiff peaks form
- Transfer to a piping bag and pipe on brownie base
- Freeze for 1 hour and prepare chocolate ganache
- Add 120g Milk chocolate drops to a glass bowl and pour in 80 ml cream
- Place in the microwave for 1 minute. Mix until smooth
- Set aside chocolate ganache to cool.
- Make chocolate toppers from melted dark chocolate
- Pour chocolate ganache on ice cream and chill for 2 hours
- Top with whip cream mix and place chocolate topper
