Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 Self-Raising Flour

  • 1/2 Cup Sugar

  • 1/3 Cup Vegetable oil

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla

Directions

  • Add sugar, vegetable oil, vanilla and eggs into a bowl
  • Mix until combined
  • Sift in Self-raising flour
  • Mix until combined
  • Using a piping bag transfer cupcake batter into cupcake paper placed in the Air fryer
  • Place cupcakes in the Air Fryer set at 160°C. Air Fry for 23 -25 minutes
  • Allow to cool in a wire rack
  • Decorate with butter icing and Easter chocolate toppers
  • Serve. ENJOY!
