Warm water – follow the packet’s recommended amount (usually 300–350 ml / 1¼–1½ cups)

- In a large bowl, Pour in lukewarm water and 2 tbsp olive oil
- Add the focaccia mix
- Stir with a wooden spoon or spatula until everything is combined — the dough will be sticky and shaggy.
- Scrape down the sides and cover bowl for 30 minutes
- Dip hand in water to prevent dough from sticking to hands
