3 Ingredients

  • 3 cups puffed rice cereal

  • 3/4 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew — or sunflower butter for nut-free)

  • 1/2 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, chopped apricots, or dates)

Directions

  • Place in microwave for 30 60 seconds. Stir until smooth
  • Add mixed fruit and peanut butter to puffed rice cereal
  • Stir well until evenly coated
  • Spoon and compress into a cupcake tray lined with cupcake paper
  • Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour or until firm.
