Ingredients:
2 Chicken Breast
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 medium Onions (Diced)
3 Garlic cloves (Diced)
2 Cup Milk
½ Teaspoon White pepper
1 Teaspoon Thyme
10g Chicken Stock Cubes
½ -1 Tablespoon Corn flour
1 Tablespoon Vegetable oil
Directions
- Cut chicken into bite size
- Drizzle some vegetable oil in pan on medium high heat
- Add onions, garlic and chicken
- Season with salt, white pepper and stock cubes
- Stir fry until chicken is cooked
- Add thyme and continue to stir fry
- Add corn flour to milk and whisk
- Add to chicken and cook until sauce thickens
