How to Make 2-Ingredient Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ cups (220g) Self-rising flour

  • 1 cup (240ml) Plain Yogurt (Greek or regular)

Directions

  • Pour self-rising flour in a bowl
  • Add Natural Greek Yogurt
  • Mix to form a dough
  • Dust work surface with little flour
  • Shape into a loaf and transfer to a prepared loaf tin
  • Make slashes on the top of the loaf with a razor
  • Bake in an Air fryer at 180°C for 30 – 35 minutes
