Why Char Siu?
Char Siu, a Cantonese-style barbecue traditionally made with pork, is famous for its deep red glaze, smoky aroma, and sticky-sweet flavor. This chicken adaptation swaps the pork for bone-in or boneless chicken thighs or even a whole chicken, ensuring succulent meat and crispy skin coated in that iconic glaze.
