Ingredients

  • 500g Minced Beef

  • 3 Shallots (Diced)

  • 2 Tablespoon Taco seasoning

  • 150ml Water

  • 2 Tablespoon Vegetable oil


  • TOPPINGS
  • Red Onions

  • Cherry Tomatoes

  • Salad

  • Cheese

Directions

  • Add vegetable oil to pan on medium high heat
  • Add diced shallots to pan
  • Cook shallots for 3 – 5 minutes until soft
  • Add minced beef
  • Break minced beef apart with a wooden spoon
  • Cooked minced beef for 7 to 10 minutes until brown
  • Add taco seasoning and water
  • Bring to a boil, simmer for 10 minutes
  • Add salsa sauce and serve
  • Top with salad, tomatoes, onions and cheese
  • ENJOY!
