Ingredients

  • 440g Cod fillet

  • 1/3 Cup Corn flour

  • 1/3 Cup Plain flour + 2 Tablespoon for Coating

  • 1 Teaspoon Salt

  • 1 /4 Teaspoon White pepper

  • 1 /2 Teaspoon Ginger Powder

  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic granules

  • 1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric

  • 3/4 Cup Water

  • Vegetable Oil for frying

Directions

  • Mix corn flour, plain flour, salt, white pepper, ginger powder, garlic granules, turmeric and water in a bowl to form a batter.
  • Pat cod dry with paper towel.
