Ingredients

  • 1 Red bell pepper

  • 1/2 Yellow bell pepper

  • 1 Red onion

  • 1 Tomato

  • 4 Gherkins

  • 225g Chickpea (1 Can)

  • 225g Red kidney beans (1 Can)

  • 1 Tablespoon White Vinegar

  • 1 Tablespoon Olive oil

  • 2 Teaspoon Honey

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

  • Chop bell peppers, red onions, tomato and gherkins and place in a bowl
  • Add chickpea and red kidney beans
