Ingredient

  • ¾ Cup lukewarm water

  • 7g Instant Dry Yeast

  • 2 Cup Flour

  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar

  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt

  • 1 Tablespoon Olive oil

  • 1/3 Cup Pizza sauce

  • 1/2 Cup Mozzarella cheese (Grated)

  • 1/2 Cup of Your favorite pizza toppings (pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, etc.)

Directions

  • Pour the lukewarm water in a bowl.
  • Add Instant dry yeast.
  • Add sugar, flour, salt and vegetable oil.
  • Mix together to form a dough.
  • Transfer to a dusted surface.
  • Knead for 8 -10 mins till smooth
  • Divide into 2 and shape dough into ball.
  • Stretch out dough on a parchment paper about the size your Air Fryer
  • Place in the Air fryer. Bake at 185°C for 5 minutes

  • Bake at 185°C for 8 – 10 minutes
  • Allow pizza cool for 1 – 2 minutes before serving.
