Honey Glazed Roasted Half Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 Whole Chicken

  • 1 Tablespoon Salt

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper

  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika

  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger Powder

  • 3 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil

  • 2 Tablespoon Honey

Directions

  • Cut whole chicken in half
  • Drizzle vegetable oil
  • Season with salt, black pepper, paprika and ginger powder
  • Flip and season chicken
  • Drizzle vegetable oil
  • Rub seasoning all over chicken
  • Transfer to a preheated oven 180°C/350°F. Roast for 40 – 50 minutes
  • Remove from oven. Drizzle with honey
  • Brush honey glaze over chicken
  • Roast for another 10 minutes
  • Ready to Serve. Enjoy!
