2 boneless and skinless Chicken Breast
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Paprika
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Cup plain Flour
2 Eggs
1/4 Cup Milk
200g Panko Breadcrumbs
Vegetable oil for frying
Directions
- Cut chicken breast into tenders
- Season with salt, paprika and black pepper
- Allow chicken to marinate as you set up a breading station
- Pour the plain flour in one bowl
- Break the eggs in another bowl. Add the milk and whisk until combined
- Pour the Panko breadcrumbs into another bowl
- Coat chicken in the flour. Dip it into the egg and milk mix
- Then Coat it with the breadcrumbs, shaking off the excess
- For a perfect crispy chicken. Dip into egg mix and coat with breadcrumbs again
- Deep fry in batches for about 3 to 5 minutes until crispy and golden brown
